I'm a Putney-based personal trainer and online coach helping people to achieve their goals through a balanced lifestyle.
After graduating from the University of Sussex in 2015, I began my career in the corporate world, hoping to find success in the media industry. It wasn't long however until I found myself struggling to balance fitness and health with my busy lifestyle and started to feel the consequences on my mental wellbeing.
Everything changed when I decided to enter a half marathon a couple of years later – having a specific goal and a plan to get me there forced me to shift my priorities; I began to eat well, exercise more and prioritise rest, which left me feeling healthier and happier than ever. This ignited my passion for fitness which only grew and eventually led me to qualify as a personal trainer.
I now love to draw on my experiences to help my clients find enjoyable ways to fuse fitness with lifestyle. Training with me involves positive energy, variety and support every step of the way.
