Hi I'm Georgia...

I'm a personal trainer and online coach helping busy individuals transform their mental and physical health – no matter how hectic your life is, I'll show you how to integrate an enjoyable fitness program into your schedule.

After graduating from uni in 2015, I moved to London to pursue a career in the corporate world but soon struggled to find a balance between fitness, work and social life.

A couple of years later I entered my first half marathon and found that having a specific goal and a bespoke plan forced me to shift my priorities; I began to eat well, exercise more and prioritise rest – I started to feel healthier and happier than ever. 

This ignited my passion for fitness which only grew and eventually led me to qualify as a personal trainer. I now love to help others fuse fitness with lifestyle. My coaching revolves around positivity, balance and education.

I’ve been training with Georgia for 4 weeks and I’ve already noticed such a change in my fitness & motivation levels.  I’m consistently hitting faster paces than I’ve been able to in years and I’m enjoying doing so!
Georgia always replies quickly to any questions I have and really makes sure that my workouts fit in with my lifestyle.

I have loved training with Georgia and can’t wait to continue to see improvements. Before Georgia I called myself a ‘classes girl’ but Georgia has completely changed how I see the gym and fitness in general - safe to say I won’t be returning to those expensive classes! Georgia is an excellent PT and includes a huge variety of exercises for all levels. She is fantastic at pushing you outside of your comfort zone and is hugely motivating. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness or looking to achieve a personal goal.

How fit do I need to be to start?

My plans are for everyone! Whether you are just starting out or want to push yourself that little bit harder, I work around you and your goals.

How many workouts do I need to commit to?

For online clients, I would recommend training between 3-5 times per week but this can be adjusted depending on your availability and goals.

How much does it cost?

This depends on the service and level of support you require. Please get in touch to find out more information specific to what you’re looking for.

Do you take on international clients?

Yes! I coach online clients all around the world, regardless of country or timezone.
